Your Content: You retain ownership of messages and content you send through Teknologia. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process your content to provide the service.

Our Content: Teknologia's software, features, and technology are owned by Najite Global LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service.

8. Communication and Messaging

You understand that:

• Messages are delivered on a best-effort basis
• We do not guarantee message delivery or availability
• Deleted messages may be permanently removed

• Group administrators have moderation capabilities

9. Fees and Payment

Teknologia is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future:

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Teknologia at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Long periods of inactivity
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you a notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of Teknologia after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
